We are located in Ballston Spa in Country Club Plaza, next to Pizza Time. Our address is 418 Geyser Road. Our phone number is (518) 584-5331 and our fax is (518) 584-5332. We are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. We’re closed for lunch between noon and 1:00pm.
We have been having intermittent problems with our phones, which frequently result in either your call not coming through, or getting a weird busy signal when you call our number. If this happens please try your call a few minutes later. We are hoping to have this resolved with the installation of our new phone system during May.
Dr. Meyer and Dr. Malin are board certified in Family Medicine. We accept most insurance plans.
Dr. Meyer is a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for the FAA, and we offer first, second and third class medical examinations for pilots at our Ballston Spa office. We have recently become certified in the FAA HIMS program. We will be adding DOT physicals later this year as well.
